Swedish government to invest $500 million in SAS airline


The Swedish government is ready to invest 5 billion kroner (more than $500 million) in the recapitalization of SAS, Reuters reports on June 30. The government proposes that parliament authorize the state to participate in the recapitalization of SAS in an amount not exceeding 5 billion kroons, the government statement said. The Swedish government is the largest shareholder of SAS airline with a share of 14.8%. Read also:
