The interior Ministry opposed to individual criminal responsibility for phishing

The interior Ministry of Russia did not support the initiative to include phishing, social engineering and theft of SIM cards in criminal code as separate articles. As reported in Department, the country's existing measures are enough to combat these crimes.

Ritual forest fire erupted in south-west China

A forest fire broke out in Yunnan Province in south-west China, the government of Yulong County of Liqyang Province reported on March 29.
