The head of the IRI donated presidential gifts to the Museum of Fine Arts


On June 30, a senior official of the Iranian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts announced that President Hassan Rouhani had agreed to donate presidential gifts to the Museum of Fine Arts, where they will be presented to the public. This was reported by the Iranian agency IRNA. Speaking to IRNA reporters, Mohammad Reza Kargar, Executive Representative of the Ministry of Museum Affairs, noted that President Rouhani offered to donate gifts to the museum that had been presented to Iranian presidents for a long time. He stressed that the demonstration of gifts in an independent museum is a standard method adopted by many countries, since gifts belong to the whole nation and are part of the country's heritage. Earlier, Vice Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts Mohammad Hassan Talebyan said that President Rouhani announced his decision to hand over to the ministry the gifts that the Iranian presidents have still received.
