Armenian Ambassador to Russia spoke about work to avoid provocations in Moscow

The Armenian Embassy in Russia, together with the Moscow authorities, is taking steps to avoid provocations due to the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced on September 27 by the Ambassador of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vardan Toganyan.
